Refund policy

At ScoobyToys, we strive to provide high-quality toys and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  1. You received a defective or damaged product.

  2. You received the wrong item.

  3. The product is missing essential parts (as per product listing).

    1.  The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund.
    2. Certain items, such as personalized products, clearance sale items, and used toys, are not eligible for a refund.

 Refund Process

To initiate a refund, customers must:

  1. Contact our support team at support@scoobytoys.in within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide the order number, product details, and images of the defective/damaged item.

    1. Our team will review the request and approve or reject the refund based on our policy.

Refund Method

  1. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  2. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
  3. If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed as store credit or bank transfer (as per customer preference).

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

  • Items returned after 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Any product without the original packaging or accessories.
